2 stars "Where art thou, Steve Howe?" Here it is- the album that ruined Yes for me for a number of years. Even TORMATO looks like a masterpiece compared to this poppy collection of overplayed songs. To me, anything by Yes featuring Trevor Rabin just doesn't measure up to the Prog classics of earlier and even some later years. This could be considered one of the most popular AOR albums ever released. Which of course is not a positive on this particular website. Songs here range from the overplayed-"Owner of a Lonely Heart", "Leave It" to the just really, really, really bad- "City of Love". This ain't FRAGILE, RELAYER, or even MAGNIFICATION. This is somewhere down around the bottom of the Yes pool, swirling around the drain with TALK and BIG GENERATOR. One of the few Yes albums I don't own. I had it on vinyl then disposed of it. 2 star (barely).
