THE BEST OF SMAK

This is a decent compilation issued by RTV Slovenija, their old label from mid 1970s, but is hardly "the best of" collection since many key prog compositions are missing. OK it is the usual problem with all compilation albums. This covers most of their hits from 1975 to 1981 and is a good introduction for exploring SMAK discography. I guess it is more likely available to obtain on CD than their old albums, so if you would like to get a picture of SMAK sound, you will not mistake if buying this one.

This album before i bought the whole Smak compilation i lstened about 3 times a day.This album is relly great compilation much better then Star?Mlad.Vecan? The only problem is that it hasn't got all of there hits.It had to be double CD to get relly high rankings but the sound and the songlist of this album is great.I give it 4.50!
