There are several hidden tracks, as follows:
CD 6: "Lizard Play" follows "Refugees" after 3:35 of silence.
CD 7: "Crying Wolf" follows "Afterwards" after 5:55 of silence.
CD 8: "Bareknuckle Trade" follows "House With No Door" after 2:10 of silence.
