Date of Birth: January 11th, 1986 in Augsburg, Germany

Brief Musical History: Started listening to music at age 5, listening to Faith No More, Metallica (old), Alice in Chains, Megadeth, Nine Inch Nails, Guns N' Roses, Iron Maiden, Sepultura (80's), and so forth. At the age of 12 my parents didn't like the influence of music on me or my bedroom walls and they pawned all of my albums to a Hasting's in Clarksville, Kentucky. The worst moment of my life! Though, some tapes were able to survive. At the age of 14 I discovered The Doors and they became literally the door that would unveil the music of the past to me, although I was already a casual listener of The Beatles and The Moody Blues (my fathers influence). After discovering The Doors, I began collecting Yes, Pink Floyd, Frank Zappa, Rush, Led Zeppelin, Black Sabbath, Deep Purple, Jethro Tull, Cream, Wishbone Ash, The Who, Jimi Hendrix, The Allman Brothers Band, Queen, and so forth. It's hard to trace how I ever got into prog. I liked my fathers Beatles and Moody Blues Lp's when I was younger and some of my older brother's Pink Floyd albums. But, then I purchased some Pink Floyd, Yes, and Rush. Around the age of 14 or so. I then really got interested once I heard Dream Theater about year later and then it just shot off from there. Over the last couple of years jazz, prog, and singer-songwriter types (Dylan, Mitchell, Simon & Garfunkel), have been my interests, mainly jazz though.
