5 stars With THE WHO being one of the best (if not THE best) live band in the world at the time, a live LP couldn't have failed and it didnt. Not a lot I can say on this one except for stunning performance from all 4. Sound quality is excellent, really powerful. Always great to hear tracks that either weren't released elsewhere or were dramatically extended. 14+ minutes of My Generation is just pure bliss, the most definitive version in my opinion. How that rhythm section keeps up with Townsends spontanious changes is anyones guess. One of the best live albums ever recorded, no WHO fan should be without. Bear in mind if have based this on the original LP, much shorter than the CD version, which I really ought to own as well.
