5 stars The first Hatfield and the North album was realy good but this one is a masterpiece to bad it was the last they did the third one might have been even beter but we will never know. Thoghter with Caravans in the land of grey and pink this is my favorite canterbury album and as others have said it got the typical canterbury sound wich we all love so much, the bigest reason i love it so much is ofcorse the amazing songs but allso Dave Stewart incredible organ playing i can lisen to him soloing all day a whole album with only him doing organ solos whuld be heaven! but the other guys can do some nice palying aswell and toghter its some realy good jazz fussion goin on. The album starts with the great poptune Share it with Richard Sinclair singing great as usual, a great start then goes into soem jazz rocking then comes back to pop prog with Fitter Stoke has a Bath and then the ending Your Majesty is Like a Cream Donut (quiet) is a superb epic of jazz fussion and all kind of stuff mixed toghter and very overlooked to one of my favorite epics for sure i gues it depends much on how much you like jazz how much you will like this album im not a big jazz head i got some miles davis and thats pretty much it but i realy love the jazz fusion stuff pure jazz can get a bit boring but when mixed with other stuff it can be realy incredible, this is pretty much one of the essentila albums from the canterbury scen preformed by a real supergroup. Highly recomended if you wana find out what a typical canterbary album sound like or if you been overlooing it so far this is a must for everyone. And make sure you get the expanded version with 5 bonus tracks, becaus they are all good and adding to the album.
