4 stars Please Heat This Eventually is one of my favorite pieces of music ever put out by Omar Rodriguez-Lopez or Damo Suzuki.

PHTE is around 25 minutes in total length, and split up into two tracks, both around 12-13 minutes. The first track contains parts 1-3 which feature the same bassline through out for the most part. Damo's voice is probably the most noticable thing from the start of the song. If your expecting the same Damo that you heard with Can, dont expect that on this record. His voice is deep and raspy, and at first, sounds pretty humorous. When I first got this album I played it for my friends, and even though they're all into this kind of music, they laughed.

After you get into the song a little bit it's easier to catch the brilliance of it the ultra-repetitive bassline.

It is the catchiest prog song ever. I found myself humming it for days.

Great solos, catchy, with a Krautrock/Fusion/Neo-psychadelia feel.

Recomended for fans of the Mars Volta, or anyone who likes RIO/Avant stuff.
