4 stars In a period when big shots were rambling around with their own projects trying to get some money from the disc industry, and only a few triyed to keep warm the ashes of what it once was, the omnipresent members of YES attempted to reunite the old geeks, and they almost got it. It lasted for a glance, but the result was a good album that has been quite underrated in my view. This is YES at their best. Evolved, as couldn't be otherwise, but fresh, skillful and compromised as in the best of mid 70's. It is not the first Yes epoch we all cherish, and it is excessively Anderson's and 80's, but the good times were gone and talent should seek other pathways or die. Here you'll find some of the finest pieces of Prog in the meager 80's decade. When a bunch of new bands were after their steps, the original giants left this present at the door frame of our demanding disc library. A couple of spins and you'll feel them back, in full. The unnamed album is far better than most of their production in 80's and thereafter, in a style close to Going For The One, fresh, light and colorful.
