4 stars Not a very original name for a fantastic band. I wonder how much this played against their chances to succeed. Only one and gone. Indeed the factory of Italian Prog was full steam those years, too much competence. The Music by EAP is clear, high-spirited, simple, fresh, elegant, and amazingly melodic. It is based on organ and acoustic guitar combination, and of course there are bits of inspiration from the prog heroes, but still, they crafted a bunch of very pleasant themes of those you want to listen again and again. The recording might have had a bit more effort; some passages needed another take, but it does not reduce the listening experience. Same for the singer, he is not one of the amazing tenors the Italian Prog used to put on the front end, but he has a warm voice that covers it up. No bad themes, they all have some interesting music. Probably, the most original and intense are the smoother ones, Alla Recerca Di Una Dimensione, La Ballata Del Cane Infelice, and the album's title. This album can be considered a true hidden gem of Prog. We'll do well in rescuing it back to the air.
