4 stars I am new to the band, so I am taking in most of their releases at one time. BRONZE is a very similar album in sound and feel to Night Raider or The Resurrectionists. Crippled Black Phoenix uses a very unique blend of different genres to produce vibes that transcend the music into an adventure worthy of a complete listen. They take some post-rock, and mix it with psychedelic rock, space rock, and hints of alt-rock to create very special albums. They are not a group for the younger generation to pick apart albums and listen to tracks. With that being said, there can be high points on an album without calling the rest filler tracks. I think Turn To Stone and Scared And Alone are just a stellar block of music right in the middle of the album. There are no bad tracks on BRONZE, and it rewards those that go through the adventure in it's entirety. It is just a fantastic album, and an excellent addition to an amazing catalog of music. Highly recommended.
