ASPECTS OF THE SENSUAL WORLD

5 things here on this release. 1st up is "The Sensual World" from the album of the same name. Great album and a great tune. Goes better with the complete album than as just a single. The second song is "Be Kind To My Mistakes" from a film called Castaway. Driving beat with background Kate chanting and the usual Kate fronting vocals. Not too special. On any typical Kate Bush release this would be a weak track. "I'm Still Waiting" I think is also available on a box set of her work. Forgettable and definately a "b-sider". #4- "Ken" is a 80's type screamer with background chanting type vocals. Not sure what the heck this is about. Must be about my brother Ken. An instrumental track of "The Sensual World" rounds this out. I much prefer any of her albums to this. It's not bad, but there is really nothing special or essential on this release. 2 stars.
