5 stars One thing I have Noticed about many , If not the majority of reviews here at this kick ass site, Jazz is not taken kindly too. especially the mid to late 70's variety , This album is in my opinion a stone classic of progressive rock and even psychedelia, Since I came into the prog world through the jazz door, I welcome a heavy jazz influence. I will tell you the first time i heard the epic 16 minutes of The Valentyne suite I was hooked on this band, very powerful with a in your face organ and sax . strong grooving bass, I have always been a sucker for a hammond organ ,All the numbers are alive with passion and blues and jazz is right there in your face. I was a bit surprised at Daugter of Time and the Grass is Greener, the sound seems to be less jazzy. but i have enjoy their entire discography.
