4 stars I am not a true fan of Zappa. I like its disrespectful side and its taste of the (musical) provocation. It is a creative genius. Disks " live " disappoint generally because they do not have, either the quality of albums studios, or a lack of spontaneity. "Zappa In New York" is completely delirious. I more particularly adore the spontaneousness of disc 1. Terry Bozzio is a superb drummer which gives much tonicity to this album (and in its vocal exchanges). "Titties & Beer" is one of my favourite tracks. A very good disc "live".
