5 stars Clearly Darkness, dissonance and harmony.

From the initial three magnificent minutes "Strutton Ground" to the pastoral and emotional delight "Serpentine Song" (dedicated to his father), there is not a minute wasted, no filler. I have not the special edition with bonus. Incredibly, although master Hackett is recognized, it is not as much as it should. Few musicians can create an album so diverse, yet balanced.

Not much can be added about Steve's guitar performances, classical, acoustic or electric, as required. The band accompanies seamless, and an important role. Adding to all this the inspired songwriting and their imaginative arrangements. And if there is any doubt of his intelligence and ability to use his voice, listening to the harmonies of "Serpentine Song", and doubts vanish.

Mr. Hackett absolutely authentic, the ten years that have passed only confirmed the excellence of this masterpiece.
