3 stars One of the regrettable thing is that Triumph waited way too long to release a live album , their only official live album coming after seven studio album. And a few more only released this very decade. So for those wanting to experience Triumph's early concerts , you can only try the King Biscuit Hour special but even then, this came after their fifth allied Forces, but it sure as hell gives you a better idea than their deceiving Stages album. But still this recording comes in much too late for the proghead as there is only the Blinding Light Show to please us, and not even that good a version ( I saw Triumph seven times before the decade had turned over) , but for Triumph unconditional fans this might be a live reference , even if I heard better King Biscuit live albums in terms of recording quality. IMHO , Triumph relied too much on audience participation that night which might be fun for the fans in the particular concert but this creates too many hollow moments during the course of the night/Cd for the listener at home.
