Smoke biography
SMOKE was a jazz rock group group from Palo Alto, California, active in the early 1970's and was led by musicians Woodi WEBB and Curtis CLARK who composed all of the material. Music of the group can sometimes be described as loosely composed, especially the first record, but overall SMOKE recorded music which sits somewhere between free jazz, psychedelia and the fusion of the 70's.
