formed 1994 in Sassuolo, Reggio Emilia, Italy

JULIE'S HAIRCUT started as an indie/alternative rock oriented band, and could release the first album 'Fever In The Funk House' in 1999. During the following years they gradually evolved to a progressive psych entity. Featuring way more experimental approach and proper Krautrock influences, which for example led to some performances together with former Can singer Damo Suzuki.

Core members during the whole band career have been multi-instrumentalists Nicola Caleffi as well as Luca Giovanardi. Other more important contributors are Laura Storchi (bass, 1994-2006), Fabio Vecchi (diverse, 1999-present), Roberto Morselli (drums, 1997-present), Andrea Rovacchi (keyboards, 2004-present) and Andrea Scarfone (guitars, bass, 2005-present).
