Xoo biography
UK outfit XOO is the creative vehicle of composer and multi-instrumentalist Kevin Perry, formed in 2003 as a direct continuation of his former project CR Mission.

At the onset the band consisted of himself and multi-instrumentalits Ben Deschamps, in their formative year they created and released the debut album ANU World Order.

Soon after that Descamps was held up in Canada, and eventually Perry had to assemble a new line up. In 2006 the revamped version of Xoo was ready for take-off, consisting of Perry and James Hodkinson (bass, vocals, keyboards). To celebrate this new line-up an EP was made, released as X006 in 2006, followed by the band's secod full length album Poison in the name of Beauty in 2007.

Shortly after Simon Murdoch (drums) and Sheryl McMillan (keyboards) joined the live line-up of the band.

After this a few more line-up changes has occured, and by the release of their most recent effort, the 2009 EP Brain Tattoo, McMillan and Murdoch had left, replaced by Andy Cobley (synths) and Kit Marsden (drums).

Apart from releasing music, Xoo has been active as a live act on several occasions, most times when a space rock event of some for or other has been on but also regulars on the summer festival scene from 2007.
