Slow Electric biography
International ensemble SLOW ELECTRIC was formed as a one off project back in December 2010. Combining the talents of Tim Bowness, Peter Chilvers, Robert Jurjendal and Aleksei Saks they were set to perform three concerts at the 2010 edition of the Estonian Jazz Festival.

In the wake of these concerts the musicians involved felt that the material was of a high enough quality to warrant a release on CD as well. Utilizing the live recordings, Bowness added some new vocals while Chilvers supplied additional keyboard details. At some point King Crimson bass and sticksman Tony Levin got involved too, and appears as a studio guest musician on two of these subtly reworked live performances. The finalized CD was issued by Panegyric Records in October 2011.
