As far as I am aware this 'Unsigned Bands' forum is visited regularly by members of the various evaluation teams, and any potential new additions are picked up. That doesn't appear to be happening much just lately though - I think the most of the teams are already fairly heavily loaded with ongoing evaluations that they have been allocated from the 'Suggest New Bands & Artists' forum. Listening to Autocatalytica's 'Horror Vacui' EP on bandcamp as I write, and I don't see any reason why this cannot now treated as a suggestion for addition to the archives in Prog Metal sub genre - you have an official release stretching to over 30 minutes of music, which fulfils the criteria for evaluation on PA.
