Choosing between Tool and PT is one of the hardest thing I had to do in my life... If only Tool were more consistent with their releases it would make it easier to me... Anekdoten I started to listen like two weeks ago and they had amaze me so far, great great band... Motorpsycho's Heavy Metal Fruit is ok, but that's all....

Anekdoten and Porcupine Tree are pretty much crossing the finish line at the same time.
Tool is great but a distant third while Motorpsycho hasn't left the starting line yet.Wink

Of these four, I haven't heard Anekdoten so I won't vote ... but I think I prefer Motorpsycho to Porcupine Tree by a hair, despite having heard only one MP album vs. 4 PT albums.
