I agree, I think the best situation are the bands creating their own websites. But this demands time and money, two things that lacks for vast majority of the (underground) groups...

It seems there is no special policy. Various Artists (Concept albums & Themed compilations) definition (http://www.progarchives.com/artist.asp?id=2634) says, indirectly, adding such compilation would not be a deadly sin:
"This section contains the following types of albums:
- Concept albums by various artists. This includes Rock operas, Rock Musicals, Stories set to music, etc. See below for a few examples of such albums.
- Themed albums. This includes albums which gather together tracks by different artists which are linked by a single theme. Examples might be "The best of progressive rock", "Space rock from the 1970's" etc. (These titles are ficticious!)
- Concert and Festival recording containing music by a range of artists.

Note that only albums with a relationship to progressive rock should be added."


I think it's up to you to decide. If you feel that non-PA bands from "A Gathering... Of 8 Norwegian Prog. Metal Bands" are prog (prog metal) it's worth to add the album.

Spiral Architect's demo appeared as a compilation in which the two tracks of their demo were included. This is not part of their discography therefore cover and notes updated accordingly - let me know of any issues.

Since both version have been on the site since 2005 I think there's little point worrying about it. Apply the rule to newer albums and leave the older ones as before-the-rule exceptions.

I noticed that the name of lead vocalist on PBII's album 1000 Wishes, Ruud Slakhorst, was misspelled "Rund Slakhorst". The Flower Kings double album "Flower Power" was released in 1999 and not 1998(which is what is says on PA). Three sources I have checked confirm this including the band's website

It is INDEED a reissue, but the site incorrectly states that there are parts which Steven Marx played in on the album, who is, actually, noted in the liner notes, but he (sadly) doesn't contribute to the album in any way, as it can be seen http://puu.sh/2JBD3.jpg here. They've simply added him, since they felt he's a band member.

was released in 1998.
Both contain the recording of 1978. At that time they could not release officially, that's why a copy was smuggled to Canada where it was released first. Then in 1998 they could release it officially in their home country.

I'll ask Marty to sort this out, it's rather a "triplication" - one more album with the same track list: http://www.progarchives.com/album.asp?id=14348. 
Then we'll ask admins to make some surgery.

Actually that third one is a later recording, with partly different people and an  'Agon Orchestra'.
