I got Mimi's Magic Moment and I'm really enjoying it. This poll will dictate on which ones I should focus on. What are your favorites?

The peak of creativity of this band, IMHO, is 'Robbery of Murder', a conceptual album with a good story behind excellent songs.

MMM is my favorite, but Robbery of Murder is an intense and worthwhile listen as well.

Tough one. I haven't heard much of the first three. It's a toss up between RoM, NEG and Mimi.
I think I'll go for Mimi at the moment. NEG is probably second best but they're all great. I love the jazzy feel of the instrumental sections on Mimi, particularly on the first and last tracks.

Weird thing about Be is that the track listing on the CD is out of order. I went to the web site and got the correct order (and the times) and for some reason, after that I enjoyed the album more. Maybe it justed happen to click then. Who knows. Good album but it's Mimi for me.
Don't have NEG. Saw some subpar reviews so have been hesitant to get it. Any thoughts on it?

I hadn't heard that about the track order on Be - I will have to check that out. What is the correct order? it doesn't seem to be clear on their web site. Are you going by the order of the lyrics?
I really like NEG, it's a bit more rocky than some of their albums. "January" is a classic, "Riding the Fence" and "Let the Loose the Arrow" are good and you have the 33 minute epic "Sweet Hope Suite" as well.

E, thanks for reminding me to get MMM, I keep meaning to download it when I get home and I keep forgetting!
I only have "Be", and didn't think much of it at first but it's growing on me now. I don't find it to be very "proggy", but it's definitely good rock music.

If you go to the web site (salemhill.com) under Random Ruminations, the fourth option down will give it to you. I don't know if it ever got fixed on later pressings but mine was definately wrong.

I only have Robbery Of Murder and Not Everybodys Gold so I wont vote, but NEG is my favourite of the two.

Don't mention it, NS! I'm sure you've pointed me in the right direction on numerous occasions. Besides, keep that picture of Laura Meade on your postings, and you'll always be my favorite member. That girl is hotter than doughnut grease.
I'm going to allow Mimi to sink in for a bit before I think about getting other SH discs. I like it a lot; but, too many things I want to get. Thinking about adding some more Pain Of Salvation to my collection.
Favorite track from Mimi is "Stolen By Ghosts". Awesome tune.
