It is quite nice. There are a few moments where it drags but when its on its top notch. I'd give it a 4 or 4.5.

Cons yes, pros no in terms of me believing that it is the greatest Prog concept album. If there truly is such a beast as the bona fide greatest Prog concept album, then I don't know what it is.

Should have been called 911 because they could have used some outside help. I do like it but for me the mood is completely wrong. PLJ BAND from Greece also has that apocalyptic mood down perfectly on their "Armageddon" album. Just my opinion.
