I don't like Devin Townsen's Terria and Spock's Beard's Octane (Except the indredible open track: The ballet of the Impact).

You can't say that you dislike a band only if you dislike some albums of them ( exept if you don't like none of the album's).
I dislike Marillion's misplaced chilhood and i dislike Alan Parson's Project

I dislike the polish band "quidam" (does anybody know them? ), they sound like the later Genesis-stuff with Phil Collins ...
And - I don't know why - but I have problems to get into King Crimson.
It's not that they were not good or something like that, it is just
that I can't identify with them. Sry ...

Honestly, how can anybody come out and say "I hate this band or that band?" I was thinking about it and I guess we DO say that we "love" a band, or rather, their music. But I guess the difference is that we don't dwell on the stuff we don't like, but only on the stuff we love. So instead of hating a band I will say that I'm still learning to love them
Ok enough D33pness from me, even I'm starting to get sick
Edit LOL the gent before me hates Genesis so much he had to listen 289 times just to be sure!

@ Nixoleon's and Space Chief's opinion of The Lost Chord's post
I don't like some prog bands but I don't hate any. I do strongly dislike some aspects of certain prog bands/styles, like vocal experiments in psychadelic rock (Gilly Smith's contribution to Gong comes to mind) and certain voices (Annie Haslam, Peter Gabriel and Fish on occasions)

I can't say that I hate any prog band, but there is a song which I hate more than any other: "Kayleigh" by Marillion. It is such an awful 80's pop song! I almost threw the cd out of my car's window when I heard it the first time. I saw a movie where a guy has a car with a radio stuck on an 80's pop songs - "Kayleigh" was right there with all the other crap songs, and it was even worse than the rest of the songs.

Why list prog we hate ?
Pretty negative thread - hate is too strong a word
I know what I like (however).
