For reference, part 1 is here.

So the new standard is New Name / ex Old Name (when applicable).

The list below contains 46 bands and has already been pre-filtered by me, but I'm not sure all of them should be changed. In fact, I guess many of them won't be changed.

If you have time and you're interested (Eugene, David...), you could look at them, thanks!

Arch / Matheos   # 6682 - changed nothing because it's a correct project name
Autograph (Avtograf)   # 2335 - both names are correct
Aviva (Aviva Omnibus)   # 2951 - both names are correct
Black Forest / Black Sea   # 7752 - changed nothing because it's a correct band name
Blue Effect (Modrý Efekt)   # 1493 - both names are correct
Danisco (For Beauty)   # 6518 - changed nothing because it's a correct band name
Della Terra (Aegis Integer)   # 3667
Dialogue (Dawn Dialogue)   # 3024 -  both names are correct
Didier Bonin (Didbo)   # 11532 - both names are correct
Edgar (Animo)   # 7873 - changed nothing because it's a correct band name
Engel (Miguel Angel de la Llave Jimenez)   # 7232 - changed nothing because it's a correct artist name
Engrama / [engrama]   # 6510 - both names are correct
Favni (Fauns)   # 7270
Genetics (Dianetics)   # 9410
Genshi-Kyodotai (Primitive Community)   # 7376 - both names are correct
Gnohgnuhgnlus (Dolulus)   # 8970
Jaugernaut (a.d.)   # 1765 - decided to change nothing
Jean-Paul Prat / Masal   # 3232 - both names are correct
Kakusenjo No Ongaku (Base Of Fiction)   # 7858 - both names are correct
Korpus 2 (Корпус 2)   # 8725 - both names are correct
Lis Er Stille (Liserstille)   # 3784
Maroon(ed)   # 10984 - changed nothing because it's a correct band name
Midnight Sun (Rainbow Band)   # 2531
Mini (Török Ádám & Mini)   # 6692 - both names are correct
Moe! Staiano/Moe!kestra!   # 5217 - both names are correct, added only whitespaces: Moe! Staiano / Moe!kestra!
Obligod (ex- Fox Territory)   # 10828
Omit (Clinton Williams)   # 2545 - changed nothing because it's a correct band (project) name
Paganotti/Paga Group   # 3381 - changed to Paga (Paga Group)

That's all for now... Wink

All done I think.

On original releases of the album, the band considered tracks 1-11 as one suite. Therefore, I added a header between tracks 1-11 to display this. Smile

"The suite was performed live as one continuous piece" - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pictures_at_an_Exhibition_(Emerson,_Lake_%26_Palmer_album)

In addition, I added a new release to the releases information.

^ In my opinion "Pictures at an Exhibition" page looks OK now, and most of significant reissues are already listed.
We can't list all album versions like Discogs does.

Possibly a note could be made under releases information?

Tracks 1-11 are apart of one continuous suite that is 33:22 in length.

^ Thanks, "old dogs" surely know it, but it can make sense for younger generations.

Added the note "Tracks 1-11 are a part of one continuous suite", without pointing out its time because times may slightly vary on different editions.

I just received messages that the work of our long time friend Mayer is highly appreciated by Admin Team and he's given the honorary title "Discography Auditor".

Congratulations, Mayer! ClapHandshake

^ I think duties is not the right word, because we all are volunteers here. Smile But what he's doing is clear if one would look at album additions on PA and Mayer's posts in E&O threads. During more than 10 years he adds more albums than any other PA member and suggests numerous updates (albums' info, bands' websites, pictures etc).

We (E&O Team) see that Mayer's contribution to PA database is absolutely unique. Admin Team confirms this as well.

You still have not answered my question, but since you seem bothered by it, I'll leave it alone.

I won't say that this definitely needs to be corrected but it's something worth looking into depending on what source you want to believe. For the album That Was Propaganda by Kurt Rongey it says 1998 for the release date on here. That's understandable since discogs says that as well. However, what looks like his official bandcamp page says it was released in 2000. The Gnosis website also says this. Here's the bandcamp page. https://kurtrongey.bandcamp.com/album/that-was-propaganda

^ Thanks. CD cover reads: "(P) and (C) 1991, 1998 Kurt Rogney".

Someone - Mellow Records or Kurt Rogney's bandcamp page - is wrong. Let's leave 1998.

^Well, ok it's your call but it says this on the bandcamp page "First released on CD May 10, 2000 by Mellow Records."  That looks pretty official to me. Further down on the bandcamp page it says it again "released May 10, 2000." Someone has it wrong. I think 1998 just refers to the copyright date and not when it was officially released. I found this on the web from the archived GEPR site: "I'll concentrate on Rongey's new release, That Was Propaganda. It was finally released in 2000, though the original recordings were done in '91 and '92."

Edit: Ok, another quick online search shows some listings from Mellow saying 1998 so I guess keep it at 1998. Confused

^ I know sometimes Mellow Records doesn't show the release date accurately. In our case it's not obvious that "(P) and (C) 1991, 1998" means that the CD released in 1998. But I prefer to leave it as it is until we get a more precise info.
