I have another idea for admins. I think he is a little bit kiddy, and likes to destroy and see the results. Maybe we can slow down his possiblities. A newly registererd user should only rate one album a day for a certain time. Or every user must be doing at least one review before he can rate (other) albums. Hopefully he gets bored by slow progression of his work of destruction.

Some of them are careful. For example 1 star for all Yes albums after Drama.

Obvious he is not even true to his own taste in music and does the site a disservice by rating manipulations.

That's ridiculous, not just his one stars, but his consistent use of giving the same ratings to a band's discography. And I can''t believe that he's heard a great many of those albums -- aside from mistrusting his looking into various discographies when he doesn't like them, his tastes are not consistent enough -- I'm not just saying that cause I see albums that I love that he's given every star rating to, well, partially I am, but that I find it hard to believe that he could think various albums bad when I see what he likes. He's just trying to prop up his favourites probably, without hearing much of the others.

Do you rate a bands discography with 1 star ratings..........you mean you subject yourself to a a band you evidently do not like so you might give every album a one star rating??? not too likely.........grow up and at least have more respect for the site!

| No worries. I posted it in the reviews reporting thread. Glad to see someone else was on to this baffling dedication toward ratings manipulation.

Yes I reported this yesterday. And this individual seems to be making even more accounts.

Greetings, I'm a very frequent user but I rarely post in the forum and today I must because I noticed several irregularities.
In the top 100 and the top albums by year lists, wich I use a lot, since last week several albums by Steve Howe, Rick Wakeman among others, as well as Various Artists (Tribytes) have been appearing. Albums wich didn't have enough ratings but now are all over the place.
Case in point: http://www.progarchives.com/album-reviews.asp?id=17840
27 five stars ratings and not a single review. Clicking the last few users wich rated the album I found a patter wich you should check...
http://www.progarchives.com/Collaborators.asp?id=39685 http://www.progarchives.com/Collaborators.asp?id=39684 http://www.progarchives.com/Collaborators.asp?id=39678 http://www.progarchives.com/Collaborators.asp?id=39673 http://www.progarchives.com/Collaborators.asp?id=39663
Those are just the last 5 to rate that album.
Please look into it, it looks like a single user creating multiple accounts to inflate the rating on those albums, mostly by Yes and its members.
Thank you for reading...
