My band is at PA, but the information is outdated. We could change the bio, the picture and add a mp3 and a link to a video. But... how?

If you like, you can post the bio and picture in this thread and I, or someone else, can update the bio and picture.  If the video is on youtube, you can add the link on your band's page.  I'm not certain who uploads the MP3's.  I think that there is a link on the PA home page where you can upload the MP3 for an admin to add it to your band's page.
