Univers Zero is an interesting band, but till this moment I find Gong more exciting.

Dig me...But don't...Bury me
I'm running still, I shall until, one day, I hope that I'll arrive Warning: Listening to jazz excessively can cause a laxative effect. |

Love albums by both bands, but Univers Zero is much more consistently excellent for me across the discography. In fact, I can't think of a band more consistently excellent than UZ through the years.

Gong is a long time and deeply held favorite for me. I had never heard anything from Univers Zero until now, pardon my ignorance. I'm so impressed with it that simply cannot lay down a vote. No one is more surprised than me. I'll have to investigate Univers Zero a little more. Peace.

A difficult choice. Comparing album by album would be better, but in general I can't decide. Gong is more accessible and doesn't require a particular state of mind as UZ do, so no vote from me.

Difficult choice for me but I play Gong regularly while I have to be in the mood for UV so Gong it is.

Love both but it's still Gong by quite a big margin.

Gong has one trump in its hands: You. But the more I hear from UZ, the more I like them.

Sampled some UZ, but, although I liked what I heard, it didn't do enough for me to want to change my vote away from Gong.
