These guys are a prog/black metal band from Oakland CA. They have signed to Kolony records and have released their debut album "To Sail Black Waters":

This album just blew me out of my chair. It is absolutely in the running for best debut album I've heard over the past year or so. Just phenomenal, a near-masterpiece IMHO. They've also announced a new album that's coming soon.
