Latimer is more complex.
But these are my top 2 guitarists, seriously. Thank you for asking a more objective question about complexity than a more general subjective "who's better" inquiry, because then I would have had to scream WHY WHY at the sky with hands outstretched in longing grief.

Certainly Latimer is the most complex of them. Dave haven't done much in terms of complexity. Maybe one of the phrases on "Dogs", but that's all I can remember.

Byrne is a lot more complex Gilmour generaly made way better albums (IMHO) But Andy Latimer get the vote : the most complex axe player Ups voted Byrne by mistake

Latimer is simply the best axe player around.
Gilmour is wonderful too; his tone, melody and emotion are as good as Latimer. But Latimer does more difficult things; he doesn't "shred" or tap, but he just plays with more complexity.

Latimer What's impressive about Latimer is how he improved dramatically during his career. Mirage might have a been a great album and the favorite of many, but technically his work on Moonmadness and Rain Dances is superior. Oh the other thing that's impressive is that he is as melodic as he is technical
