Styx blew my mind when I saw them live with Yes. I saw them again the same year, and not Yes. Shaw is impressive, as he has not seemed to aged at all, and he plays a mean solo. JY on the other hand seemed to look like what you'd expect from a late middle aged rock star, also great in his own right, but my vote goes the the former. On a side prog note; the guitar riff in Miss America is admittedly (by JY) inspired from Tulls Minstrel in the Gallery.

	Bump...... Just listened again to the live Styx album 'Caught In The Act'....... Really memorable performances. They promo'd the album with an uber-cheezy studio song called Music Time........ .........where in the lyric DeYoung states. " I like big things, I don't care of the quality "........ Time to call it a day, boys........... Love the album though. And yeah, TS is the star guitarist overall, though JY is awesome. Still have Jonas Psalter spinning in my head whenever I think of Styx........
