It's hard to compare much of anything to Dimension Hätross. The concept album really had nothing comparable at the time in the thrash scene. One of my all time favorites. Psychic Vacuum is an ok song by itself, but works so much better in the context of the album. For individual songs, Brain Scan is by far my fav.
