Maschere Vuote is a fusion band from Rome, Italy. Members: Matthew Arisi - Vocals / Bass, Riccardo Moccia - Rhythm & Solo Guitar, Stefano Amasio - Drums / Percussion / Drum Synth, Ettore Savarese - Lyricist / Actor

"The band's name is inspired by Pirandello's literary universe.
His visions were the starting point for our musical,
philosophical and scientific journeys.
Since
our minds are constantly evolving, our hearts feel oppressed by the
relentless, mundane daily grind of modern society's theatre of the
absurd, which we deeply reject, but are also somehow forced to go along
with, just for the time being"
