Well, I'm sure a topic like this one has been done before, but as I can't seem to find it, I'd like to see which Beatles song you guys prefer.

So, among the rich discography of the Fab Four, try and choose just twenty! (I tried ten, but it was impossible). Mine would go like this:

1 - A Day in the Life
2 - Golden Slumbers / Carry That Weight / The End
3 - Strawberry Fields Forever
4 - Tomorrow Never Knows
5 - You Never Give Me Your Money
6 - While My Guitar Gently Weeps
7 - I Am the Walrus
8 - Rain
9 - I'm Only Sleeping
10 - In My Life
11 - Something
12 - I Want You (She's so Heavy)
13 - Norwegian Wood (This Bird Has Flown)
14 - Flying
15 - Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds
16 - Here Comes the Sun
17 - Lady Madonna
18 - And Your Bird Can Sing
19 - Get Back
20 - Blue Jay Way

Honorable mentions to:
-With a Little Help From my Friends
-Within You Without You
-Hey Jude
-It's All Too Much
-Nowhere Man
-Eleanor Rigby
-Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band

I'm no expert but I like them very much. I enjoy a lot of musique concréte n' stuff but never cared much for Revolution 9. Infact I rather listen to Bungalow Bill & Rocky Raccoon.

1 Being For The Benefit of Mr. Kite
2 A Day In The Life
 3 I Want You
 4 Flying
 5 Tomorrow Never Knows
 6 Paperback Writer
 7 I Am the Walrus
 8 She's Leaving Home
 9 Norwegian Wood
10 Piggies
11 Within You Without You
12 Blue Jay Way
13 Happiness is a Warm Gun
14 Something
15 While My Guitar Gently Weeps
16 Strawberry Fields Forever
17 Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds
19 Because
19 Girl
20 Across the Universe

Eleanor Rigby is obviously a timeless little masterpiece but I can't listen to it. I guess the same applies to Here Comes the Sun

A Day in the Life
Abbey Road Medley (this really is just one track)
Strawberry Fields
Hey Jude
Ticket to Ride
I am the Walrus
Tomorrow Never Knows
Across the Universe
Please Please Me
She Loves You
Help
Rain
Get Back
It's all too Much
I Want You
Lucy in the Sky With Diamonds
Don't Let me Down
Only a Northern Song
Dig a Pony
Come Together

Honourable mentions -
I'm so Tired
All You Need is Love
Penny Lane
Hello Goodbye
Something
Within You Without You

The beauty of the Beatles is that you could easily list another 26 and still have to leave out some great songs.

It would have been in my top five as well if I had allowed myself to include the suite as one track.

Because it appeared on a Beatles album, it was heard by more people than had ever heard musique concrète before - many of whom went on to be the next generation of experimental musicians and sound artists.  It's also very good to listen to, in my opinion.

7. Tomorrow Never Knows
8. Your Mother Should Know

Maybe he can. I don't know if this is genuine:

... or this: ...

(I think both are fake...)

Well they can't both be the real thing. I've just listened to the first one and I don't hear "Lennon and McCartney screaming dementedly and bawling aloud random phrases like 'Are you alright?' and 'Barcelona!" as it says on Wikepedia.
Let's try the second one.

^The second sounds even less like the Beatles, but it is more listenable, a bit Floydish and organ-dominated.

I decided not to sit through another 14 minutes of weird sh*t. The general consensus on YouTube seems to be that they're all fakes - I guess only McCartney really knows for sure.
