My name is Michal and I'm from Poland. The bands I love most are Hypnos69, Van Der Graaf Generator, Opeth, Wax Fang, The Mars Volta, Von Hertzen Brothers, Mike Oldfield, Mastodon, Major Parkinson, Diablo Swing Orchestra. Hope to find new inspiration here! :)

Please help me, why I can't create new topics? I get error "You do not have permission to post new topics in this forum". The post above is the only one I could create why?

You need three or more posts. It's one of this website specs against annoying spammers.

Well, I still can't create new topics. I do not understand this, I need to create three or more post but I can only post them here in the Newbies section. This is against annoying spammer, but because of this I'm becoming an annoying spammer who creates worthless post only to create the one I really want to :-/

Hi Michal, welcome! You need 5 posts and you can post anywhere, just not start new threads. Pick some thread where you can say something and post there. Then after 5 you will be able to start new threads. Consider that starting threads is alright, but when somebody starts a thread they expect other users to post their comments. So posting on other people's threads is a nice way to introduce yourself.

Another good practice is doing a search first to see if there's already a thread similar to what you want to discuss, and if so post there instead of starting a new thread (unless that previous thread has been closed). You can search from the home page (changing 'discography' to 'forum') or directly in the forum top right buttons.
