This is the first of three studio albums by Symphonic Prog band Finch from the Netherlands. Excellent guitars and keyboards backed by a tight rhythm section with great bass lines by Peter Vink. There are no vocals, just four long instrumental tracks (two on each side).

JANDEK - "Brooklyn Wednesday"
I post this album a lot here. Anytime I listen to Jandek I inevitably come back to this particular album, maybe the most exciting live free-form atonal rock improv (with poetry) album I have. An elite group, at that.

Released in 1975 this is the first movie soundtrack by RPI band Goblin. Since this is a soundtrack the music has a variety of styles and sounds compared to a regular studio album but the musicianship is excellent.

Fourth album by RPI band Formula 3 released in 1973. Vocals are in Italian but it's the different vocal styles that stand out. If there is such a thing as Symphonic RPI this would be it.
