Strønen / Storløkken - Humcrush (2004)
First listen. The debut of duo Thomas Strønen (drums) and Ståle Storløkken (keys), on later releases simply called Humcrush. Electronic avant jazz. Fans of Supersilent would enjoy this I imagine.

ahhh... now is a way to start the day..
I don't see this ever jumping Tio Bitar to becoming my #1 favorite modern prog album... but HoL should fear for its #2 position. From nowhere to #3 in one year..

Humcrush with Sidsel Endresen - Ha! (2011)
First listen. On this, their fourth and, so far, last album, Humcrush is joined by jazz vocalist Sidsel Endresen. Her vocals takes this band's music to another level, I feel. Really good stuff! Fire! Orchestra comes to mind, 'cause, although this is just a trio, there's a lot going on here, but not as much as an orchestra with 20+ members can provide, of course.
