Part 2 of 5 polls.  Here are Floyd's 4th, 5th, and 6th albums, including their first Number 1 album, and both of their sidelong epics.

Discuss their comparative merits, and have fun

Meddle, easy choice.

Ummagumma just doesn't flow well for me and AHM has some good ideas, but the orchestrations leave me a bit cold. Meddle has the excellent Echoes and A Pillow of Winds, both among my fave Floyd tracks.
Ultimately bored by endless ecstasy!

Atom Heart Mother! My favourite PF album! With Ummagumma a close second. Meddle just doesn't do it for me.

Even though I have the reissue A Nice Pair, Meddle was the first album I really got into.

"Meddle". "Umagumma" is very experimental and funny in places, and "Atom Heart Mother" is also good but also a bit experimental, but the members of the band don`t  like "AHM" anymore. But I like all these three albums, but "Meddle" is one of their best albums.

Meddle, solid five stars album, just like Atom Hearth Mother. But Echoes man, Echoes!!

Ummagumma has an amazing side one, would be a difficult match if was only that side, but side two is a total crap, it would be the worst album i ever listened, but VdGG releases Alt.
Please, forgive my spelling and concordance mistakes. English noob here.

Ummagumma for the Live disc alone, wonderful performances of the early classics.

easy one this time, Meddle got my vote. Just for Echoes alone, I've always preferred it to AHM title song (and i love this one, too)

Meddle just barely surpasses Ummagumma....but I really had to think about it for a while.  AHM is good but not a favorite of mine.

Meddle, one of my favorite Floyd albums.
