This is one of those impossible polls for me.  I can't really vote here.

Wish You Were Here is my top Floyd album, followed closely by Dark Side of the Moon.

Seconded. I listened to DSOTM way too much when I was a teenager, and now the album leaves me rather cold.

I had the temptation of voting for OBC, but it's Dark side

I wonder if OBC will get a vote though.

Yes. It's my favourite Floyd album bar none.

Dark Side, just over WYWH.

WYWH has one of the strongest conceptual threads of any Floyd album, at least in terms of resonating with me personally.  Dark Side has plenty of sonic razzle dazzle but the concept doesn't run as deep - though I'll concede that its high points are arguably more "wow" inducing (e.g. the guitar solo in "Time" is the greatest thing I've ever heard; the "Great Gig" performance is breathtaking, the electronic storm of "On the Run" is years ahead of its time, etc).  But when I hear even the long instrumental breaks on the WYWH album, the sense of isolation and loneliness and alienation shines through loud and clear (if I may mix a metaphor).

As for Obscured by Clouds, dammit it's a great album too that any other band would be proud to have under its belt.  Basically, for me, the Floyd could do no wrong.

Wish you were Here, my favourite album from the band... and perhaps my very favourite rock/prog album of all. Obscured by Clouds certainly seems out of place among the other two albums... Animals would have made a better match, or at least Meddle. Obscured by Clouds would have fit better with More... and I'm not sure which other album... if Zabriskie Point had made a whole Pink Floyd Soundtrack that one would have made a perfect pick, but we all know that didn't happen (still the band could release an album with all the songs they recorded for that movie, whether they were used or not, and add a few other unreleased songs from the era, and make a rather nice album).

Dark Side. Like many here, they are really albums 1 and 1a. In my early days, I preferred DSOTM. Then for a decade or so, I reached for WYWH more often. I was overexposed to Dark Side. I've been back on Dark Side of the Moon for a while now.

OBC is definitely fighting out of its weight class here. A very good album, showing PF without all of the bells, whistles and pristine production.

I know these PF polls were done by release date, but what if OBC was with Ummagumma, AHM, and More with Meddle pitted against DSOTM and WYWH.

The five polls are strictly in chronological order. Three albums per poll.   Pink Floyd recorded OBC while they were playing and developing DSOTM.

The 2CD bootleg of their Zabriskie Point outtakes is terrific

Can't vote on this one.
Dark Side and WYWH are too close. Both have heavy rotation on my turntable, both are absolute monsters with their own "feel".
Welcome to the middle of the film.

Yeah, I know this polls are in chronological order, so as to allow the albums to compete against it's peers, or something. However, in this case, as has been told many times, OBC is out of it's league. As for Zabriskie Point, the double CD is wonderful indeed, and I do have it, and it's not a bootleg but an official CD. However, for me the better songs are easily the Pink Floyd ones, whether from the real soundtrack CD or the outakes CD... unfortunatley even with this outakes there aren't enough songs to complete a full Pink Floyd album... thus it would be necessary to include some of the non-album singles (by the Gilmour line-up), or unreleased songs, such as I know from the early singles, Relics and Works compilations, and that would make a rather nice lost album (along with another album with the Syd Barrett era singles and outakes).
