Yeah, it's a great album. Probably my second favorite 80s Pink Floyd album.

Glorious DB, hemmed in by a better MLOR and hotel background music. Division Bell was Gilmour making his final mark.

I really like the albums released by this line-up of the band, and they all have songs I really love. However, I have to go with The Division Bell, my 3rd favourite album by the band, and wonderful from beginning to end. And even so, after listening to The Endless River, I can imagine that with those sessions the band could have made an even better album if they had left out a few of the "lesser" songs from the album and added more instrumental stuff that ended up on this album.

Never understood the hate for AMLOR. Yup, no unifying theme, 80's sound, ( well it's made in the 80's) etc. like it a lot but both this and TDB suffer from all of the sounds having that DG solo. Too much of a good thing. Too unified in their song constructed. Especially TDB, where the songs aren't bad, just mostly midtempo , guitar solo, then back to regularly scheduled programming. TDB would have been better with a couple of songs chopped and maybe an instrumental in its place. I'm finally moving out of PF fanboy mode with TER, it's still a very good album, a nice sentimental way to finish up Pink Floyd and give the fans something they have heard about but not heard for 20 years.

All are second tier albums in the Floyd canon, I'm going with AMLOR.

The Division Bell. Although I thoroughly enjoyed AMLOR, it sounded more like a Gilmour solo album than a Floyd album.
I do like Endless River, but I haven't spent a lot of time with it.
Welcome to the middle of the film.

Even as I didn't want to vote, after a little consideration I do vote anyway: my vote goes to... Endless River. Yes, it's almost without singing, but fot me it is lovely surprise... I hadn't expected too much from it and in the end it turned to be really fine... nothing extraordinary though but those two other ones aren't also any gems shining brightly ;-)

I voted (Now that I have the privilege of being able to vote!) for "The Endless River" as it's been my favourite album Pink Floyd have made without Roger.

The Division Bell.

When he rides, my fears subside.
For darkness turns once more to light.
Through the skies, his white horse flies.
To find a land beyond the night.

Yeah, for me The Divison Bell is a Masterpiece too. I can listen to the whole album, and it's all wonderful. And High Hopes is the crowning achievement of the album, one of the very best songs Pink Floyd ever did (and even though I do enjoy and love The Endless River, somehow High Hopes should have remained the last song of Floyd's discography).

this one is easy for me as DB/TER aren't the Floyd albums I spin less than the others...

"A Momentary Lapse Of Reason". I don't like it in 80s, but now it seems to me not so bad album. Maybe I'm grow old?
