to fill in, as a kid of the late 80s and 90s, fan of Terminater, makes me exieted on how their voics sounds like, i expect the voice of Prime and Megatron to be deep and full of experience and wisdom, so when they hit home, im happy-

same expectations have i for voice of Thanos in Marvel frenchic and or even Galactus, or Smaug in the Hobbit, expectations of a booming almost threatning or influencing voice.

Like how James Earl Jones, legendaryfied Vader with his voice

Transformers movies were abit hit and miss imo, but I liked part of it, as I doo not mind pathos filled films, full of ridicules, pompous third person interaction between bigger-then-life personas.
 
But I remember I shivered with Goosebumps, when Prime transforms into hes robot shape, and the deep baritone says, "are you Sam Witwicky, IM OPTIMUS PRIME" sort of like tha, eeeeeeepic, same thing in that dam, when Megatron is defrosted, and those stooopid guys just watched him beedeyed (after that silly name they gave him), "I'M MEGATRON" melts into the chair.
