Even though I haven't yet listened to Porra's albums, I'm aware of his prog merits. Most likely a good candidate here.
Clap and Thumbs Up to the suggestion!

My honest opinion is that his music is BRILLIANT, but the connection with Jazz is more than evident,

There's also Floydish influence

I believe he should be here, but in ECLECTIC

Now I have listened to all three albums, and I think he really should be included on PA!

I agree with Ivan, Symph or Crossover aren't the right choices. Eclectic might be good. Two first albums are mostly Fusion (PEKKA POHJOLA comes to mind), the latest album Flyover is more symphonic, genre-escaping work - and truly excellent. Jazz flavour is smaller, instead there's orchestration on several tracks.

Komandant Shamal, how about altering the headline and maybe also sending PORRA to Eclectic team to be evaluated?

His last album, especially the title track, is just brilliant...
