The Tigers hit a season low last night.  5 to 0 lead over the Cincinnati Reds, who were sporting a 9-game losing streak, and gave up 10 runs in the 6th inning to eventually lose 12 to 5.

^ Looks like the Cardinals will be going fishing shortly Wink.

Hopefully Chase Uttley too, after that outrageous tackle on Ruben Tejada that was deemed a "slide".  The one that started after the base and was aimed about 3 feet away from the base.  I'm just hoping the Mets can finish the Dodgers off.  Young Steven Matz taking on Kershaw, what a proposition for your postseason debut!!  Matz is quality though, no doubt about that.

Kudos to the Blue Jays and the Royals.  Both looked dead and buried, you now feel the force is really with them.  If they do both get through that will be an insanely enjoyable ALCS.

No love for the Cards here. That "slide" was so blatantly an attempt to cause damage that I can't believe it only merits a two game suspension. Tejada's leg was broken, for heaven's sake.
 
still outraged.
