Heavy Horses is arguably my favorite Tull album.  Then comes Starless, ATTWT, and Drama.
The world of sound is certainly capable of infinite variety and, were our sense developed, of infinite extensions. -- George Santayana, "The Sense of Beauty"

Went with World Record (VDGGs most underrated album) with Drama and Heavy Horses slightly behind
Two random guys agreed to shake hands. Just Because. They felt like it, you know. It was an agreement of sorts...a random agreement.

ATTWT is near perfect so I give that my vote. Drama is a close second followed by PT third.

Do I love "More" more than "Starless"? Question of heart.

Heavy horses, move the land under me
Behind the plough gliding, slipping and sliding free
Now you're down to the few
And there's no work to do
The tractor's on its way

Heavy Horses over SABB and World Record
Dig me...But don't...Bury me
I'm running still, I shall until, one day, I hope that I'll arrive
Warning: Listening to jazz excessively can cause a laxative effect.

HH, which is the only Tull album to match up to their old stuff. Drama and More are next.
There is no dark side in the moon, really... Matter of fact, it's all dark...
