Keith Emerson should have been in this poll  , and probably Arthur Brown as well. I'd put Ian Anderson over Gabriel. Both are very theatrical but Anderson had more genuine charisma, while Gabriel was basically forced into dressing up a lot to make up for his charisma-bypass band mates just sitting there.

Gotta go with Ian Anderson here....he's consistently been an excellent front man/showman for the band. Second choice would be Gabriel.

Seeing as I have only seen James LaBrie from that list, I'm going to nominate Steve Hogarth and Peter Nicholls, both fantastic frontmen  LaBrie can be brilliant, but can also be, er, less than brilliant...but DT are one of my favourite bands, and his performance on Ayreon's The Human Equation is outstanding (but then Arjen seems to have that effect on people....)
