KC for sure.....though as others pointed out it's not their best song among most/many KC fans. Sleepwalkers is a decent track but as I have said many times before they can be difficult to like (for me) due to Hammill's 'singing'.

Hamill is absolutley great on Sleepwalkers, he just goes all over the place. And he still has some les bombastic singing moments... but indeed, this song might have come as inspiration for the metal growlers.
