Man-Erg!

One of the best VdGG tunes, and Top 5 material for me from the band.

Crushed like a rose in the riverflow.

I do think Man-Erg is a better song, but House with No Door is more strictly a ballad and a great one at that.

House With No Door is the most catchy.
This night wounds time.

Another loose interpretation of ballad.

Lost.
Dig me...But don't...Bury me
I'm running still, I shall until, one day, I hope that I'll arrive
Warning: Listening to jazz excessively can cause a laxative effect.

Man-Erg for me. Though shouldn't Refugees be here too? I still would have voted for Man-Erg anyway.

Man-Erg and Undercover Man are about tied, but gave it to the latter because it needs some help.

Man-erg is ranked #3 in my top 5 of VdGG songs, so it gets my vote. Pilgrims is my second choice from this list, Undercover Man third. However, all of these five are excellent.

Man-Erg, although 'gentle' is not a word I'd use to describe it!

Man-erg is my favourite song from the list but it is neither gentle nor a ballad.  House With No Door is my second favourite on the list and it is a gentle ballad so it gets my vote.
