Welcome to Progressive Blues the 4th. This time, I threw in everything and the kitchen sink. Multiple voting, so the poll is cursed, obviously. But please, vote for as many as you'd like, just don't vote for one song 20 damn times, which is stupid.

Love those Doors alternate takes.

Dazed and Confused, Can't You See, Riders on the Storm, L.A. Woman, Gallows Pole, I Me Mine, and Have a Cigar, though if it was the Allman Brothers Band version, Midnight Rider would've also been included.

More great songs than I want to list, but I will mention a couple of my votes.  I just got a copy of ZZ's Tres Hombres, and Waitin' for the Bus is a great track - raunchy, greasy, and groovy.  Almost everything Prog is not.  I have always liked the Gregg Allman version of Midnight Rider more than the Allman Bros. version.  Great crisp drumming on I Just Want to Celebrate.  And Taxi Grab is an uncommon choice - good job!

An eclectic list of 'progressive blues'.
A lot of decent tracks there but as to the blues some of them just don't seem all that bluesy to me.... but I do like Green and Mac with Rattlesnake Shake,  Zep with Dazed, Marshall Tucker with Can't You See, Savoy with All I can Do...(though Blue Matter and Raw Sienna are far better albums..), Allman with Rider though as someone else said the first version is better..)...and CTA with Man.
Interestingly the most votes were for The Doors and Floyd on  tracks that just aren't that bluesy to me, progressive or otherwise, ....great songs though.
Love the CTA version of the Spencer Davis song sung by Winwood... I was lucky enough to see CTA do this live in the spring of 1970 at IU Bloomington. They were killer on every track they performed.
