Bakery Momento LP Rarity

Bakery were an Australian prog/psych band from the early seventies and had an album called Momento that I can't seem to find for sale anywhere.Some people say it is a masterpiece. Does anyone know how rare it is and what I could expect to pay for a copy in good condition? Any advice would be much appreciated.
